Turn your cooler lid into a comfortable seat, and add a layer of protection to the largest flat surface on your cooler.

The lid is one of the largest areas exposed to direct sunlight and heat transfer. Adding a cushion helps reduce heat absorption, improving your cooler's performance while making it more comfortable for fishing, boating, camping and outdoor adventures.

Which cushion do I need?

Use the fitment table below to match your cooler to the correct cushion size.

Standard (single) lid coolers

Select the cushion that matches your cooler size. One cushion covers the whole lid. No cutting required.

70L split lid — pre-cut halves available

The 70L split lid is the only model we supply pre-cut. Two separate cushions are available:

• 70L Split Small Side
• 70L Split Large Side

Order both to cover the full lid, or just one if you only want to cushion one side. No cutting required.

90L and 115L split lid — cut to fit

These are supplied as a full-size cushion that you cut yourself. There is no pre-cut option. Order the 90L or 115L cushion to match your cooler, then cut it to your split before applying it.

How to cut it:

1. Measure and mark the centre split using a straight edge.
2. Cut the cushion before peeling the adhesive backing or applying it to the lid.
3. Smooth the cut edge with 80-grit sandpaper on a sanding block.

160 Long Box

Split lid, covered by two cushions. Select 160L Split Single Half and set the quantity to 2 for the full lid — or order one if you only want to cushion one half, which some customers prefer so they can seat on one side and keep the other clear.

260 Long Box

Split lid, covered by two cushions. Select 260L Split Single Half and set the quantity to 2 for the full lid — or order one if you only want to cushion one half.

Installation

1. Clean the lid surface — it must be dry and free of dirt, wax and oils.
2. If you have a 90L or 115L split lid, cut the cushion to size first.
3. Peel the backing and position the cushion before pressing down.
4. Press firmly across the entire surface for full adhesive contact.

Fabric cushion — being phased out

We are transitioning from our original fabric cushions to the premium EVA foam cushions above.

Two sizes are still shipping as the original fabric cushion:

• 105
• 135

The fabric cushion is 50mm thick, low-density foam, with a softer traditional feel. Every other size ships as the premium EVA foam cushion. If you have any questions about which one you'll receive, get in touch before ordering.
