Transform the top of your ICEY TEK cooler into a comfortable seating area while adding an extra layer of insulation.

The lid is one of the largest areas exposed to direct sunlight and heat transfer. Adding a cushion helps reduce heat absorption, improving your cooler’s performance while making it more comfortable for fishing, boating, camping, and outdoor adventures.

Cushion Upgrade Notice

We are currently transitioning from our original fabric cushions (blue logo) to our new premium EVA Foam cushions (solid grey logo).

The product image displayed with each cushion will show exactly what you will receive:

• Blue logo → Fabric cushion
• Solid grey logo → Premium EVA Foam cushion with genuine 3M peel-and-stick adhesive backing

Cushion Options

Premium EVA Foam Cushion

• 20mm thick
• Medium-density EVA foam
• Durable, water-resistant construction
• Genuine 3M adhesive backing for secure installation
• Designed for long-term outdoor use

Fabric Cushion

• 50mm thick
• Low-density foam
• Softer traditional cushion feel
• Being gradually phased out as we transition to EVA Foam

Finding the Correct Cushion

Use the fitment table below to find the correct cushion size for your ICEY TEK cooler.

The table will show:

• Compatible cooler models
• Available cushion sizes
• Whether the cushion is designed as a full lid or split configuration

Split Lid Cooler Fitment

70L, 90L & 115L Split Lid Coolers

The full-size 20mm EVA Foam cushion can be purchased and cut to suit split lid models.

For the best finish:

1. Measure and mark the centre split using a straight edge.
2. Cut the cushion before applying it to your cooler.
3. Smooth the cut edge using 80-grit sandpaper on a sanding block.

160 Long Box

The 160 Long Box features a split lid. The 55 Cushion fits each half of the lid.

Required quantity:
2 × 55 Cushions = 1 × 160 Long Box

260 Long Box

The 260 Long Box features a split lid. The 82 Cushion fits each half of the lid.

Required quantity:
2 × 82 Cushions = 1 × 260 Long Box

Installation Tip

Before applying your EVA cushion, ensure the cooler lid surface is clean, dry, and free from dirt or oils. Once installed, press firmly across the entire surface to ensure maximum adhesive contact.
